Let's be honest here; NO ONE has advocated a permanent ban on ALL Muslim immigration. The statement was a temporary HALT to ALL Muslim immigration until we define policies that will properly vet them to assure the American people that potential terrorists are not being admitted. As was the case in Paris and San Bernardino.

Using a list that has no due process as the measure is the issue. You can get on this list very easily and have no true way to be removed. Any administration would have the power to redefine "terrorist" to include political "enemies" and simply restrict access to arms by simply adding you to a list you aren't even notified you are on...

No one is DENYING Muslims entry; it was suggested that we put a temporary hold on all Muslim immigration until the idiots in DC figure out how to properly vet them to prevent terrorists from getting entry.

True, but they could easily use the list then give Due Process. If you find you cant get a gun because you are on the list... then demand the government prove the burden in Court, if they cant, you get the Assault Rifle.
