A tad shy of a full pack I see....being a citizen does not make one immune to theft charges, does not make one immune from getting shot down like a rabid dog(deservedly so)for attacking another citizen with a big stick.

(at least according to what we know now). At that point, the individual being attacked has a right to defend themselves.
