AGAIN... why didn't the vigilante PULL HIS GUN and simply hold Ramon until help arrived? There is zero evidence that the thief advanced on him with the wood club. I can't believe you guys think this is okay, following someone and shooting him over a few bottles of beer.

why didn't he pull his gun immediately? for the very damned reasons he's now facing charges and the idiocy of litany from anti gun fucks like you and zappa right now. that is why. he tried to be a good witness for the cops. the thief had other plans. it didn't work out well for him. he wasn't shot over a few bottles of beer. he was shot because he threatened serious bodily injury to another individual.

yes, it's a crime of different names, but he could have been charged with a crime depending on what state he was in. being AZ, it's doubtful, but don't think for a second that he wouldn't be in a jail cell if it was new jersey or new york.
