Well there's a surprise the police lied, how shocking!! Can't help remembering all the gun nuts defending the pigs in question and claiming they were in danger.

[h=1]Tamir Rice was shot dead within ONE SECOND of police officers' arrival: New analysis of video contradicts Cleveland police claims about last year's killing[/h]
  • Tamir Rice, 12, was killed by police in a Cleveland park last November
  • New analysis of video footage finds the boy wasn't a threat to police
  • Officers claimed Rice was pulling out a gun from his waistband
  • But the middle-schooler never had time to reach for the toy gun he was carrying, an expert says
  • A grand jury is considering whether to bring charges against the officers

The original video, from when this first came up, shows that you're just an idiot, who's looking for attention.

Wobrock's report also claims Tamir was shot less than a second after officer Loehmann exited the car, not the 1.7 seconds that other experts estimated.

The report, authored by police consultant and trainer W. Ken Katsaris, was the third to be released by McGinty from a grand jury that is determining if Loehmann should face criminal charges. Two reports released last month — one from a retired FBI agent, the other from a Denver prosecutor — also found that the shooting was justified.

So according to the expert that was paid by the family, the officer lied.....will just ignore the three other reports that said the shooting "was clearly objectively reasonable."

Hey retard; how can the shooting of a 12 year old sitting in a playground ever be considered reasonable?
Fucking idiot.
Fuck off and die.

The kid got himself killed for being stupid.

He was old enough to know that what he was doing would cause a response.

Kudos to the officer who made the right call!

Which seems to be in conflict, with what was in the posted OP:

"...Tamir Rice was shot dead within ONE SECOND of police officers' arrival..."

So you want the responding Police offers(s), to wait and be fired on first; before they take action? :dunno:

what evidence do you have to support this conclusion?

No one claimed that this kid who decided to act like a common thug was retarded.

So I'm assuming he wasn't.

And if he wasn't, he would know --- just like ALL the other non-retarded 12-year-olds in his neighborhood --- that doing what he did would bring trouble for him.

well that is pure unadulterated horseshit. I was 12 years old once and would hang out at the park on the edge of town with my pellet gun trying to shoot squirrels never knowing that it was that much of a crime or that my local cops would come and gun me down. so no, you and everyone else is just dead fucking wrong that a 12 year old kid should have known better.

So was this kid shooting squirrels; because other wise your attempt to compare apples and oranges has failed.
Plus you've failed to take into account that things have changed over the years or did you have teenagers killing someone, just because?

Kudos on good post
There is hope for you yet.

Your decerebrate comparison is total bunk.

Why?

You were 12 in, what...1967?

Or even 1977?

That was a different world than being 12 in 2014 and you KNOW it!

Hell, even kids that were 12 in '67 or '77 and lived in the "hood" knew doing shit like that would cause problems.

I grew up in a town of 3,000 people during the 70s and 80s. we didn't have teenagers killing others. are you implying then that teenagers today should have much more knowledge of the laws and cultures of comply or die than I did as a kid?

No.

Wrong again (as usual).

Kids these days have more "survival" skills when dealing with running around with a real-looking gun in the neighborhood today than they did back when you were a young snot-nose.

No; I'm saying that during the time periods that we grew up in, society didn't have assholes trying to kill large numbers of people
