Vigilante gunman shoots and kills Tucson man who shoplifted beer from Circle K


Police in Tucson, Arizona have released the name of a 46-year-old man who was shot and killed by a gun-toting civilian on Sunday.

According to the Arizona Daily Star, Gerald Ramon was attempting to shoplift beer from a Circle K store when a witness gunned him down.

At around 2:30 on Sunday, said police spokesman Sgt. Pete Dugan, Ramon entered the Circle K store and attempted to leave the premises with several “beer items” without paying.

Witnesses chased Ramon, who fled on foot. A witness on a bicycle caught up with Ramon at a nearby Burger King, but Ramon reportedly threatened to hit the man with a large piece of wood. The witness drew a gun and fired, hitting Ramon, who was pronounced dead at Banner University of Arizona Medical Center.

The vigilante shooter remained on the scene and is reportedly cooperating with police.

The sub-text is the guy is supposed to be able to rob a store; then threaten someone with physical harm and expect no repercussions.

Now I'm beginning to understand why liberals FELT that Trayvon and Brown were "innocent" and it's because liberals don't think assault and battery are crimes. :palm:

Liberal/pc dupes have a lot of fallacious beliefs.....usually drummed into them by hollywood, t.v., and the public schools....aka shooting a unarmed black man is murder even though he may be trying to beat you to death, anytime a black is shot by a white man...the white guy is automatically considered a waycist, when a white man is killed by a black man....the black man is just retaliating for institutionalized waycism, all whites are waycist, blacks cannot be racist, all serial killers are white, all child molesters are white...... etc.etc. and so forth.

So, you agree Gerald Ramon had a right to defend himself from the angry mob he saw following him after he left the Circle K.
