IF your on the FBI's terrorist watch list, should you be free to own an AK?

This is such an hilarious thread. All of a sudden the libtardiots are concerned about the "terror watch list".

Funny I don't remember one of you libs ever bringing this up before.

Just be honest and admit that you don't really care about the watch list but you are just using it as a means to advance your gun grabbing agenda down the field. Could you douche bags be anymore transparent?
 
So... no cons want to come on here and defend their party's position regarding arming terrorists?
 
The fear and doubt comes from how names get on a watch list so that they aren't allowed to buy a gun. What if that watch list started to include people that are registered as a Republican, or people that speak negatively about the party in power or the sitting president? Being on a watch list isn't a crime and doesn't absolve you of your 2nd amendment right to bear arms. They should be watched sure and if they buy a gun then they should be watched a little more but the ability to abuse a watch list like that is a breathe away in my opinion.

Do YOU care about the terrorist watchlist? Why did your party vote to allow domestic terrorists to legally buy all the weapons they want?

Are you aware that anyone on the watch list can challenge their inclusion and must be removed if no evidence exists?

Are you aware that the San Bernardino shooter Syed Rizwan Farook was a native-born US citizen who was not watch-listed and has a constitutional right to bear arms, just like your duck hunting daddy?

Do you think that Muslims should be denied the right to bear arms or refused entry to the US based on their religion?

I seem to recall that fear and anti-Muslim hysteria drove the creation and passing of the Patriot Act and anyone who opposed was accused of being a terrorist sympathizer.

Now that some of their best buds made it onto the list because of their ant-government and other white Christian terrorist activities, they want to cry about it.

Maybe they should just admit that they want it to be illegal to be a Muslim.

Yes I'm sure you can appeal to have your name removed but how long does that take? Is there a fee? Was your name placed on that list as a way to harass or influence? Also the fact that the terrorist in California not being on a watch list and still committing a terrorist act means that he didn't do anything prior to draw attention or deserve to be on a list. Even if he was on a watch list and couldnt buy a gun he still had a garage full of pipe bombs. People need self control, not gun control.

All you need is a tribunal to determine if your name being on the watch list is justified. Go to County Court and get your name removed... Easy as that. If Republicans wanted it, it would exist.

Not much. You will note how many lunatics bought guns legally because their mental health professionals wouldn't report them. Just deport them and actually solve the problem.
