But, there are worse things to have to go through and to force anyone to have to go through. It has been challenged numerous times but all challenges have been defeated in the court. Various state procedures to limit or outright outlaw choices have been legislated but thus far they all seem to go into the defeated pile as they make their ways through the court systems. Some cases are pending. I anticipate their defeats as well whether adjudicated in liberal or conservative courts. Matters of law are genuinely confusing for most. Especially rightwingnuts. Slavery was legal once. You would argue the legality of abortion as a means to try and keep it so, because you would oppose a change to protect the innocent lives being targeted.

I believe the United States of America has come a long way since the days of slavery, 3D. The issue of abortion was adjudicated in 1973. It remains confusing for many. Not me.
