It's easy to look at an event like the Paris attacks and *say* the perps are bad guys. We all know that. But if Carson were president he'd still have to work with Congress on taking action against ISIS. People like Carson and Trump overestimate their ability to be persuasive and work with a group, instead of just calling the shots and expecting compliance.

I seriously think that Obama had no intention whatsoever to vette any Syrian refugees until this shit hit the fan.......at this moment he is frantically scrambling to figure out how to bypass the 18-24 month scenario he stumbled into........

Of course it's impossible to *effectively* vett that many refugees. Which is why advocating their admission is tantamount to allowing access by X number of terrorists. Is ISIS irredeemably violent and barbaric? Yes. Are they stupid? No. The refugee crisis represents a golden opportunity to get ISIS into the belly of the Great Satan.

Several times I asked for an acceptable number for X but no one seems interested in answering it.

The American backlash against refugees is based largely on the fear that a Paris-style attack could be replicated in America if the US began to shoulder its burden of the refugee crisis. But such a fear is misguided because the process of relocating refugees to America is very different from the way that refugees currently arrive in Europe. What has been the number so far? We have been accepting refugees for some time and how many of them have attacked our nation and how many were from Syria? I seem to remember that the they were mostly Saudis and it seems we let them in with very little concern shown by the very same people who are protesting the Syrian refugees.
