Wahhh, Starbucks's cups are not Christmasie enough...

Anyway. Even the Brit group that started all this isn't asking for a government crackdown on Starbucks. Customers telling a company they made a mistake and will lose business isn't a bad thing either. That it was because somebody removed Christmas from the cup... still not bad. They are the customer. If you want them to spend money at your place make them happy, if you don't want their money then tell them to piss off.

Nobody is seeking any government action, a pro-Christmas group wants to see ornaments and another faction wants to pretend that they shouldn't matter and that they should, in particular, shut up.

I still don't think this is important enough to really care about either way. I don't care that some people don't like it and told Starbucks so, I don't think they are wrong or right, I don't care that Starbucks removed ornaments, words, and snowflakes, etc. from their cup, and I still think this is a perfect example of the left trying to mock Christians.

None of it really matters, there are far more important things to worry about.

Agreed, leftists like Jarod and Zipperhead take every opportunity to mock Christianity and Christmas while turning a blind eye to the atrocities of islam while trying to maintain some false measure of being against all religion. When pressed on their hypocrisy, they do this

Where did I say the words Merry Christmas were being forced on someone?

I suspect that you are going to say something like: "thrust upon them is not forced on them"... However, it is. You said it here:

Perfect common sense solution, if the goal was to personally have Christmas on your cup. I suspect the purpose is to get others to have Christmas thrust upon them.

Now, crabwalk it, Jarod.

First Jarod was worried that the ittle wittle corporation was going to have its feelings hurt by bullying people (he really said he didn't want them bullied)... Then he was worried that some victim might see Christmas and feel that it was "thrust upon" them (yes, thrusting.... it's what you do when you are celebrating Christmas)... Then he was saying he never said it could be forced on anybody and that he never suggested that it could be...

Then?

What's next? You change positions more often than Clinton talking about email servers!

I like the idea that was suggested; that when the coffee is ordered, tell them your name is Mary Christmas.

That way when it's ready, they will have to call out "MERRY CHRISTMAS" and there's nothing anyone can do about it. :D

lol.....and that would make us a Christian state?.........you're reaching farther than toilet paper was made to go, Chrispie......

Still having problems following the thread? Tithing is an aspect of conservative Christian ideology.

Jarod: I disagree, those I named want to base American law on conservative Christian ideology.

Damo: Link us up.

christie: Carson wants the tax code changed to be like tithing.
