I think an excellent way to outrage these people is to use one of our time honored historical symbols, the Bible. Even if folks aren't religious per say, using the Bible and displaying it in the public square would do more than get on these people's nerves. Parents in the communities could have their children carry it with them to school. The kids will be sent home and in some cases suspended and the parents would be reprehended by the school districts but here is where we must be resilient and continue defying them. An outpouring of Bibles being carried onto school grounds by kids would necessitate by the left's legal wing, the ACLU, to go into action against overwhelming forces in the different states and it is this legal organization that should be the motivation for the Bible invasion. let The ACLU have an absolute outrageous fit along with all those leggy lawyers on Fox News and the left wing talking pundits in the media everywhere.

Another excellent method for ruffling their tail feathers would be organized Christian prayers during school hours. (And I emphasize Christian prayers because Muslim prayers are allowed) Organized praying by teams during high school football games is another good method of harassment. Just recently, another football coach was suspended for leading a team prayer during a game.

Our legal teams are large enough now and smart enough to take on their lawyers of the ACLU on first amendment free speech rights and not religious freedom rights in most cases which is the whole point of all this.

Another excellent method to harass them is the threat of secession which I'll get into at a later time. Also, the ending of these stupid PC gun free zones which shouldn't be approached by carrying guns but should be earnestly assaulted legally.

there's a problem with this type of approach.......

while numbers matter greatly, as an example I refer to a new mexico city whose council and mayor decided to ban guns at city meetings was promptly met with 80 gun carrying citizens the next week.......the 3 cops on security duty decided that they were not going to enforce that ordnance.

now, while this works in the very short term, what happens when cops use video and arrest these people on an individual basis?

the injustice system is exactly that, it's about enforcement of the governments will. In order to avoid the public actually being able to control the courts, prosecutors will pile on charges, threaten heavy sentences, and otherwise do everything possible to eliminate the possibility of trial....assuming that a jury of the persons peers will still acquit using jury nullification.

If those initial steps are not victorious, then the government gets to use the war of attrition on it's victims.....by financially breaking the 'defendant'. how does someone go up against a machine with unlimited financial resources?

Oh, and "Christian prayer" is currently allowed on school campus anytime of day.

What is NOT allowed is the loud, public "prayer" that phony Christians like to use to show off to others how "Christlike" they are.

The Bible "surge" could very well end up forcing congress to take up the issue of just how much influence the federal government should or shouldn't have over public education. Right now, public education is one of the sacred cows of the liberal establishment with the Department of Education in DC setting the curriculum for the entire nation's educational system in all school districts.

No it is not. It must be approved by the school administrator and in most school districts, it is verboten.

Wrong.

Silent prayer is allowed anytime of day on every school campus in the USA.

As I said before, what ISN'T allowed is the loud, public prayer phony Christians like so much.

I really can't understand your faith in jury nullification. Juries are idiots, they will do basically whatever the prosecutor tells them to.

The department of education doesn't have much influence over the national curriculum.

this is very true, especially considering the way that judges have silenced the ability to inform jurors of their rights, as well as telling them they can't use it. like I said, the injustice system. I don't have faith in it, at least not yet. too many people are idiots, sheeple, their idiot belief that the government is there to protect them.

It's a myth that children aren't allowed to carry bibles in schools.

If a student carries a Bible into a public school, it must be first approved by the school administrator for any kind of after school Bible study or prayer session otherwise, the student will be sent to the principal's office and their parents called then sent home. Bibles are verboten otherwise.

Lawyers warn parents not to send their kids to school with Bibles. And in the majority of school districts, they are forbidden for any reason.

The department of education doesn't have much influence over the national curriculum.

The state boards of education get their directives directly from Washington DC and the Department of Education which sets the curriculum for each school district. The state boards of education then set the academic standards for each school district within their states which must comply with the national directives in order to receive the maximum funding.

The goal here is to start a national debate over the federal government's role in public education. The Bibles meanwhile, are not a religious issue but instead, a free speech issue.

Non violent civil disobedience is constitutional by way of the bill of rights.

Kids are also allowed to have their Bibles in schools and can openly display them, as well as have Bible Club after school or during the lunch hour, at least in Alaska, so I don't know where philly gets his crazy ideas, he just listens to the crazy talk show hosts who don't have to tell the truth about these things and get the old white guys like philly all whipped up and frothing at the mouth.

Debate is fine...making BS proclamations and passing it off as fact to support your position is NOT fine.
