Right Wing hero!

no, fucktard. what we rallied to support is ALL constitutional rights like freedom of speech, thus we ensured that free speech zones would not remain in existence

Cowboy is wrong to not pay his grazing fees. Its not optional and if he didnt want to pay then he needed to take the moos elsewhere.
BLM was wrong to let it go for 20 years and then come in like storm troopers. That was expensive and pointless as there were easy ways to recoup the money.
Lots of needless drama and for that public attention was deserved.

Where in the Constitution does it say the government cant charge grazing fees on land owned by the Government?

They didn't let it go, they have been taking legal action against him for many years.

Funny how you libertarian lunkheads are all hyped about this, yet nary a peep when the descendents of Native People raise the flag concerning ancestral land rights, broken treaties, etc.

Like I've always said, Libertarians are a fucking joke.

Lol, you are in the minority in your interpretation, sorry.

Libertarian lunkheads should publish their own version of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights....it would be the most fantastic display of revisionism the world would ever witness!

Nova, the BLM IS A FEDERAL AGENCY. That means is functions as part of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, WHOSE MANDATE IS DIRECTED BY THE CONSTITUTION.
