do you know how employer harassment claims work? do you know how claims of she said he said work? there is often no "proof" because what happened simply wasn't recorded or you will have varying testimonies. just because she doesn't have a smoking gun, she is certainly entitled to claim what happened to her while she was there. what proof do you think she would have? a recording? that would be illegal. other people, well, then you would say the same thing, just their words.

what sort of proof are you looking for?

You forget in your example that a harassment claim has to be examined for CORROBORATING EVIDENCE....which can be provided in documents and via testimony by other employees or witnesses. If the aforementioned is found lacking, then the claim is dismissed.

Attkisson offers NOTHING but an ACCUSATION. So until she does, she's just full of it.

Jeezus, it's amazing how you right wing lackeys will pull any half assed example out of your ears to defend even the most blatantly indefensible baloney that your punditry trots out.
