CT gun registration leads to confiscation

I say again, this is your idiotic problem thinking that the constitution spells out only the things that people can do instead of the only things that the government can do. the constitution restricts the government powers, not the rights of the people.

never said it didn''t son, just said that the constitution provides no constitutional rights or protections for people who are not citizens....if you don't like that than feel free to pursue amending accordingly and then come back and have this discussion with something other than talking out your ass....of course you could find the protections you assert within the constitution and prove me wrong.....

you're still being an idiot. the constitution doesn't provide anyone with any rights because it's assumed, by the founders, that ALL people have inalienable rights, not just 'americans'. read it objectively instead of through your nationalistic glasses

Constitutional protections were not meant just for citizens. James Madison himself wrote on this. I can't remember if it's in the Federalist Papers or elsewhere, but I've read a lot of his writings, and he did address this.

son, while the declaration, the argument for revolution does in fact state that we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights.....it is clear from reading the preamble to our constitution that the constitution was a document written for we the people of the united states....pull your head out of your arse son.....the discussion was the assertion that the gitmo detainees have constitutional protections and i say no unless you can find something within the document in question to change my mind or make your point......son.....

he may have wrote on it somewhere darling but he sure as hell did not write on it with the constitution.....you really are the gift that just keeps on giving are you not....darling....

and it still makes you wrong. It's not for me to show you in a document that limits the government where it provides protection for only a select group of people. It would be up to you to show us where in the constitution that it says these rights are for american citizens only.

Well dummy, the Supreme Court has often referred back to Founder writings such as The Federalist Papers and used them to inform decisions. What say you to that?

Oh wait...LMAO. Well, in your next incarnation you can let me know before you're banned AGAIN.

No you don't and no you don't.
Now go cry about Scarla NOT being a Mod and explain why I'm up Shit's Creek (according to you).

Really?

You mean you don't have to fill out a title transfer when you sell a car?

I know I did when I traded in my last car for the new one.

Of course, what REALLY matters to USFrigidbitch is denigrating others.

should you fill out a transfer title if you buy a new cell phone? how about a new laptop? or a bicycle? tennis shoes?

Don't know/don't care.

Not going to let you hijack the thread with your pathetic diversionary nonsense.

USFrigibitch stated people don't need to fill out forms to sell a car...I proved him wrong.
