Dude.....you apparently don't understand how the exchanges work, do you? Many of the sign ups on the exchanges have occurred because many States refused to adopt the federal expansion of Medicare/Medicaid. The numbers who have signed up in the States which DID except the Federal expansion of Medicare/Medicaid are in the number of around 4 million....which is beside the point as it's a number being counted separately from those signing up on the exchanges.
Still regardless, the point here being that over 7 million people have signed up on the exchanges and around 4 million have signed up under expanded medicare/medicaide. That 11 million people in 5 months folks. Can anyone here name a single insurance company that can sign up 11 million people in 5 months?
