Anita Hill

honestly I don't even care if a supreme court justice murdered somebody. I would choose a murderer that applied the constitution appropriately over one who didn't any day of the week. Supreme court is much too important.

If one murders someone, how can they support the Constitution? You can not act unlawful, then uphold lawfulness.

If the GOP could have found a white woman who ever accused Thurgood Marshall of such atrocities, they WOULD have lynched HIM, no doubt. When the offending black man is an Uncle Tom Republican AND the woman he harassed was only a black... then the GOP turned a blind eye.
Whoa! That's completely out of line to call Clarence Thomas an Uncle Tom. He may have been guilty of sexual harrasment but that's going too far.

SHE WAS TREATED HORRIFICALLY BY ALL OF THE MEN ON THE ALL MALE committee. That's why there was a backlash. The bitches had enough. What is your fucking problem?

THat is the point of my post, you retard.
Hmmmm obviously you missed the point of his head. ;)

:rofl2:

Yet, when all those women came out accusing Clinton of rape and sexual harassment, you highly educated liberals called them white trash lying whores and went on to vote him in. Even after he got caught with Monica sucking his dick, and lying on national TV, you still think he did nothing wrong.

Anita Hill passed a lie detector test and Thomas refused to take one. Hmmm...

"Anita F. Hill's representatives announced today that she had passed a lie detector test intended to bolster the credibility of her allegations of sexual harassment by Judge Clarence Thomas, the Supreme Court nominee.

The examination, which took a little more than two hours, was administered today by Paul K. Minor, president of the American International Security Corporation. Mr. Minor has worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and trained its agents in the use of polygraph tests."

I think Biden refused to call witnesses who would have testified they were also harassed by him. He famously bungled the hearings, though they all did.

If I'm not mistaken, and this is totally from recall so I might be, he later authored the VAWA in part out of regret for how badly he handled the Hill testimony. Or because of backlash from women. Who were pretty pissed. I know I was, and i also know we were all talking about it. Never heard one woman say "yeah that was cool".

But this isn't about partisanship, hackman. It's about something a lot more important.

You're right about Biden and the other witnesses. It sucks that deal-making was more important than truth.

"Four female witnesses waited in the wings to reportedly support Hill's credibility, but they were not called,[SUP][13][/SUP][SUP][14][/SUP] due to what the Los Angeles Times described as a private, compromise deal between "aggressive, gloves-off" Republicans and the Senate Judiciary Committee Chair, Democrat Joe Biden."[SUP][15][/SUP]

i am glad we are finally giving lie detector tests the credit they are due.

Another person in the news that passed a lie detector test (actually, 2 of them) is none other than george zimmerman :)

Among the questions Zimmerman answered: Did you confront the guy you shot? (No.) And were you afraid for your life when you shot the guy? (Yes.)
