The account from Gregory Hicks is in stark contrast to assertions from the Obama administration, which insisted that nobody was ever told to stand down and that all available resources were utilized.
Hicks testified he was standing next to a U.S. Army Special Forces officer that night who was instructed not to assist in efforts to secure and evacuate American personnel from Benghazi.

He plainly states he served as the Site Security Team (SST) Commander in Libya from 12 February to 14 August of this year, 2012.....
so he obviously hasn't there when the attacked occured....
I thought it was plain in the heading, "Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Wood Special Forces on security" made it plain about the subject matter of his affidavit...

so the hearsay clearly was not Colonel Wood's, nor did anyone say it was.... it WAS Hick's, however.... he was standing next to a guy who claimed he got a phone call from another guy.... that's classic third party hearsay, and your statement
was a classic smokescreen.... his testimony was not hearsay, it just had jackshit to do with the events on the day of the attack.

Pentagon spokesmen had previously stated that no U.S. assets were ever told to "stand down" the night of the attack in Benghazi. Air Force Maj. Rob Firman told USA Today Tuesday that the military's account of this response "hasn't changed."
"There was never any kind of stand down order to anybody," Firman said.
Well, that seems to contradict what you claimed...
