I forgot how you needed everything detailed, like my three year old grand, I will keep that in mind when addressing you. The adults knew what I meant. My statement is still correct, he was not found guilty of murder.

As it relates to the Murder charge, the statement is true. The full 12 members of the jury were not in agreement on the murder charge and thus the case was a mistrial. Some of the jury appears to have believed MD's self defense claim visa-a-vi the murder claim.

This is what Michael Dunn took from the republican theme about the sense of entitlement that Obama engenders? Im not saying that the Republican party is really trying to stoke anger against black people... but they should look into how what they are saying is taken by certain elements, and what they are doing about it... killing them!

Well for one thing, dumbass he wasn't on trial for jaywalking or bank robbery so it was a given that he wouldn't be found guilty of them!

No in this trial he did get away with murder, he didn't get away with attempted murder, but the jury hung on the murder charge, so Sardonic is correct and you are talking about your ass; nothing new there but it still is applicable nonetheless.
 
The thing that most here seem to have forgotten is that Dunn killed Davis with the first seven bullets, none of which he was convicted of shooting. He was convicted on three charges of attempted murder for shooting three bullets at the SUV as it sped away from the scene, because at that time he couldn't argue that anyone in it posed a threat to him. So he was not convicted on the murder charge because he wasn't convicted for the shots that killed davis. Had he stopped shooting once the SUV sped away he would probably not have been charged at all. He most certainly would have been given the same treatment Zommerman got!
