Yep and you will need to put up a $250,000 security bond, and if you carry it conceiled and someone calls the cops and tells them that they saw your gun(print) against your shirt, while you bent over to tie your shoes, etc, then that would be a violation and your permit gets taken away. If your permit says conceiled, then that means conceiled. The way to go is a fanny pack, I have two different size breakaway fanny packs that I might just start wearing to look like I'm packing my 9mm, since only the bad guys would really think that I was packing something. I hope that I do not need to post a thumb shot photo again.....

Or you could, ya know, buy a decent holster instead of having a completely out of place 'fanny pack'.
 
god it makes me so angry how these gun grabbers operate. they'll be the same people who say paying 5 dollars to have some type of id to vote is the grossest violation of civil rights of all time, but then they do fucked up shit like all these fees and regulations to make the burden nearly insurmountable to exercise ones second amendment right.
 
and what's more infuriating is they don't even try to pretend they aren't curb stomping your rights. they pretty much do it while laughing in our faces. fucking assholes.

I have them already, an inside the belt holster and an outside the belt holster. The problem will always be on a hot day so no coat. The XL/long shirt will always have to be worn outside the belt/pants, so the pistol does not print. If you apply for a CCW, and you pay your fees, take the class, etc, you still have to pass the oral evaluation by a Cop at the end, who questions you about your request for the CCW permit and who can stop the process for just about any reason, and you do not get your money back, and there is no appeal. The Cop usually act in accordance with the whims of the Police Chief, the bossman who signs the permits, Califa is a joke. I bet that even if the Supreme Court decides in our favor, they still will not issue permits, just to see what are we going to do about it. I also believe that people with criminal non violent records should be able to defend themselves and get permits. If a Cop stops you, and you have a CCW on you, the first thing you do is tell the Cop and keep your hands on the steering wheel, or you will lose the CCW permit and the pistol, any excuse to get your gun. Generally Cops are against US having guns, because they already got their own guns, for life.
