The "scandal" of Benghazi was a fabrication. Obviously, the event was not.

Don't be such a hack. Seriously, I don't know why anyone defends Fox as being anything but a right-wing campaign arm. Ailes has said that "we are the balance" - meaning that the other networks have a liberal bias (true), so he wanted Fox to have a conservative bias. Not that they are "fair & balanced" in their actual coverage.

R's certainly ARE critizing Dempsy....but I see no reason to make him or any in the military scapegoats for Hillary and Obama....

The military don't make policy, they implicant policy....they don't send security to embassies until they are ordered to.....they don't attack enemies until they are
told to, they don't have standby by forces in every hot shot of the world until they are told to put forces their and await further orders....

Hillary gives the orders, Generals do what they are told....if he was told to have a plan in case of emergency and didn't, he is at fault....he is advisor to the President
and if he didn't foresee the need for a plan in case of an emergency and advise the Pres. and State Dept. that should be noted on his record as a failure...
Of course there is no reason either or both the Pres. and/or Hillary couldn't foresee that either...

Plenty of folks screwed up....and no one paid a price except those that got killed....

And.....to now say that the Amb. refused added security now, when he isn't here to defend himself, is blaming the dead....

Funny that neither the Senate nor the House after investigating the issue agree with you.....the conclusion that "IT WAS PREVENTABLE", makes its a failure

You still haven't read the report, I guess. You don't like what it contained, take it up with the committee. There are seven repubs who apparently didn't think the dead were being "blamed" when they wrote the report.
