I wonder if traffic laws are seen as just as important as other laws? I mean, most people admit to speeding. Fewer people admit to tax evasion.

That's because the penalty for tax evasion is much harsher.

But it's illegal to drive a car that is not at least 3 different colors and held together with duct tape. Very few people in Mississippi break that law for some reason.
