I don't think we could call it "racist"; it's more like this Administration is waging a war against the black community. That minority is suffering more under Obama than any other racial group.
How is that possible?
Didn't Obama say his inauguration marked the turning point in history when the planet would be healed and the seas would cease to rise?
Yep; and Obama was stupid and arrogant enough to actually believe his own rhetoric. Who else got a Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing more than winning an election?

I would call it racist because their reasoning includes quotas according to skin color.
But only a racist would think judging people by the color of their skin is racist - presuming the person who does the judging isn't a "minority" of course...
