Progressive liberalism WON the 20th century. And they will win this one too.... all you can do is try to stem the tide... that is all conservatives in America have EVER been able to do... and they might succeed for an election cycle or two, but progressive liberalism measures its success in decades and in centuries.... and we always win... and we always will.

It's happening now. The days when hustlers like Sharpton and Jackson, etc, could round up blacks to vote democrat are coming to an end. They have lost respect with their deceit. They want jobs just like everyone else. They want a future. Jobs. Govt dependence is not what people need.

Well, if its happening NOW, then there would be no data from prior elections, would there ?....there was no national elections in 2013...maybe in Mexico, but not here.

Oh.... so this seismic great awakening is happening even as we speak in black urban areas throughout the country.... which means we will see, of course, across the land, democratic city councilors and mayors and state legislators, congressmen and senators being thrown out en masse and replaced by wise compassionate republicans by these newly awakened black voters in those areas?

And, if by some strange freak of chance, that sort of sea change in black voting patterns does not manifest itself in 2014, as you predict, will you and your cohorts (the same gang who predicted a Romney landslide) be willing to revise your timeline as to when this supposed great awakening might ACTUALLY occur?

considering the fact that I always preached on the lectionary readings, and that I have two years of the three year lectionary "in the can", so to speak, there's a two out of three chance that I would be able to quickly dust an appropriate one off and give it at a moment's notice.... but clearly, my days of writing new sermons for delivery in church are in the rear view mirror of my life.... unless God has other plans, of course.

Funny how the economy and deficit have done better under democratic presidents for the last seventy years.
