First time I read the story they said, "Worst storm in Cairo in over 50 years" second story "Over 70"... Now I'm reading over 112...

So, 112 years ago, how much global warming was causing snow in Cairo?

Yeah, in your story:

The local meteorological agency said it was the worst snowstorm seen since at least 1953. Apparently some areas of Egypt have snow more often than others... I've been seeing stories about different regions.

Cairo receives less than an inch of rain per year so it is amazing to see snow.
