A Florida woman sentenced to 20 years in prison after firing a "warning shot" during an argument with her husband has been released on bond.

The court gave her a 20-year prison sentence under the state's mandatory minimum sentencing guidelines because she fired a gun during the assault.

Her "Stand Your Ground" claim was rejected because she left the house during the confrontation to retrieve a gun from her car, returning to fire a shot near her husbands' head.

What if she was trying to hit his head?

It's interesting that her defense was based on the Florida Stand Your Ground law, yet liberals don't appear to have an issue with that law in her case...

George Zimmerman didn't rely on the Stand Your Ground law for his defense, yet liberals were dancing around with their tampon strings on fire demanding that the Stand Your Ground law must be repealed...
