In April, an investigation determined that Miami police were responsible for shooting four innocent bystanders during an incident on Memorial Day in 2011.

In May, a Miami-Dade police officer was seen on video apparently choking a 14-year-old over what the officer called "dehumanizing stares."

This summer, an investigation by the Department of Justice determined that Miami police "engaged in a pattern or practice of excessive use of force through officer-involved shootings in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution."

And just last month, the Miami man dubbed "Florida's Dirtiest Cop" was fired after being investigated 40 times, sixteen of those for battery or other violence."

If this was a white man being harassed by cops you guys would be peeing your pants over it. The man's civil liberties are being violated and it doesn't matter what personal grudge the cops *may* have against him. Did you even read the article? Sampson emptied the garbage and the cops arrested him for "trespassing" when he went back into the store. Furthermore, the cops are harassing other black men, not just Sampson.

All you can do is criticize Desh instead of addressing the blatant violations against Sampson.

I know enough of the subject to understand that there is a BIG chunk of this story missing. What's missing? I don't know but I expect we'll find out.

I remember a guy in Brooklyn getting arrested just about every day. Why? Because he was going home. Huh?

He apparently had a beef with his downstairs neighbor. The downstairs neighbor went to court and got an order of protection against the guy upstairs. The genius of a judge wrote in the order that the guy upstairs can not go within 100 feet of the downstairs neighbor's residence. Which meant the guy upstairs could be sitting in bed reading a book, and violating the court order, a felony.

So the guy downstairs looked out his peephole every night, and when the guy walked past his door to go up the stairs he called the police. Who came, and apologized profusely to the guy upstairs as they arrested him... because police guidelines left the police no discretion in violations of orders of protection. This went on some time until another judge had the brains to rewrite the order.

As for this case, I can't figure it out. To be trespassing the owner of the property has to sign on as a complainant. The People of Florida can not be a complainant on a trespassing case on private property.

Let alone on 50 or so cases. So, there is clearly a big piece missing from this puzzle.

Its fine she is addressing the harassment against this guy...its the blaming of 'the right' the 'Republicans' that pisses me off....she has no facts to support such bullshit.
Without knowing more about it, I really don't give a shit about it. I don't pass judgement on anything without at least a minimum of facts.
You have knowledge of these cops harassing other black guys, spit it out....more accusations mean nothing.

Yeah, something smells about this story. As with most stories, some very big piece is missing. My guess is we can't count on Deshtard or KKKhristiefan to dig it up because they fear their narrative being destroyed. Frankly I don't give enough of a shit about it to do it myself
