Every video that I have seen so far, shows a Black Travonite Thug trying to knock out a White Man with one punch. This time around the Thug got shot, and that is how it's done. We need to start defending ourselves from these thugs, otherwise the sheet will start to really hit the fan, if you know what I mean. Do you really think that we are going to let these Travonite thugs hit US without hitting back, forget about it. Play the video

The victim was attacked by 17-year-old Marvell Weaver.

But Weaver did more than try to knock his victim out, he tried to do it with a taser.

Luckily for the victim, the taser didn't work and he was able to protect himself with his concealed-carry .40 caliber pistol.

"He shoved something into my side. I wasn't sure what it was. It had some force to it. I wasn't sure if it was a knife or a gun," said the victim.

Weaver was shot twice, in the leg and an inch away from his spine.

He's been sentenced to a year in jail for the attack, but he admits he's getting off easy.

"It was just a lesson learned. I wish I hadn't played the game at all," said Weaver.

Before he was caught, he and his friends had attacked random people on several occasions.

Someone like Lorca will now post and say the shooter should have been charged with attempted murder; because he wasn't really harmed and just because he was scared, is no reason for the coward to shoot a kid.

Has that happened in Arizona where there is legal concealed weapon carry, I doubt it? If this keeps going on, the people will start demanding their right to pack a gun to defend themselves, or they will just carry a gun on their own, because people have the right to defend themselves. California has a right to carry a concealed weapon law, but no one can get a permit except movie stars or congress people like Diane Finestine. In every County, like my Riverside County, the police chief can issue permits to anyone, especially their friends, etc, and of course ex-cops get lifetime permits. I say if your record is clean and you take a self defense class, with shooting expertise training being a requirement, then everyone in the USA should be able to pack a gun legally. Give them the same shooting instruction that a cop would get. In the Usery mountain Range in Mesa AZ, I watched Rob Leatham teach cops and civilians self defense shooting. I would appoint World Champion shooter Rob Leatham in charge of any National Shooter Self Defense Expertise Training Centers.

In some States, if you carried a conceiled weapon without a permit and ended up shooting a Knock Out Thug in self defense, the police would probably charge you with only carrying a handgun without a permit, depending on what State you are in? Some Lib States might try to charge you with using exessive force like assault with a deadly weapon, since you were not supposed to be carrying a gun, and a person punching someone should not be "executed" when the puncher would be under the impression that the victim should be unarmed according to that States CCW Laws. In other States that have Liberal CCW laws, then the Knock Out Thug would think that his victim might be carrying a gun, and he would have second thoughts that if he did not knock the guy out, that the guy would get up, pull out a gun and shoot the Thug's ass.

But since the 2nd amendment gives US citizens the right to carry, concealed or not, there should be no reason that we now have them jump through more hoops then the ones already in place; ie: back ground checks on store purchases, etc.

Notice how The Poet groans at my post, butt then he does not want to get any moore ass whippins, so he does not reply. This is typical Lib failure to comminicate, so many Libs run away from adversity like the Poet(Fool) did here. Without looking it up, I will say that Schwartsneggar did. Unless the Law has changed, you can open carry, or conceiled carry while license fishing in the mountains, and also while hiking to and back to your car. I did this on the San Gabriel River, with my Brother, while fishing and panning for gold, where we met some gang members supposedly looking for their lost pitbull. I had my 9mm while my Brother was packing a Ruger Super Blackhawk 44 Mag, single action pistol. There were six of them, glad we were packing open carry, let the bastards know what's what.

I wonder what Deshy would think if she were a victim of the knockout game? I don't think she would have a chance to spit in their face

I don't worry about it because me and my family profile so we are always aware of our surroundings
