I made the mistake of thinking you had the intelligence to know the difference between the sound a gun makes, when it's fired, and the sound of someone making a sound like it was being fired.
I apologize for believing your cognitive thinking was capable of understanding the difference.

It is nice to see that you equate your inability of cognitive thought, to that of winning.
Here's a scenario for you; don't get intoxicated and point objects that resemble guns at the police, or anyone else for that matter, and you lessen your chances of getting shot.
If you had bothered to read the article; you would have seen that the witnesses were the ones who reported he was pointing the object, which resembled a gun, and making the noises.
But it's obvious that you missed that part.

Yes...I know about the witnesses reporting that. YOU brought up the noise when I discussed assessing the situation. I said the cops would not have missed the sound of shots being fired during their assessment if that had been the case (yes, my initial phrasing was sarcastic....but still clear.)
