I believe I was the first to post she a. Was over the age of 18 when this occurred and was culpable, and b. the first to post she had violated the court ordered sanctions.

Look....the bottom line is if we want societal equality between heterosexuals and homosexuals. Then we all have to play by the same rules.

If I was above the age of consent and having sex with a girl under the age of consent....I would be liable.

If I was under the age of consent and I had sex with an older woman who was over the age of consent....she would be liable.

Why should it be different for homosexuals?

Here in NM we have a 4 year rule for just this reason. Unlimited age of consent is 17 for both males and females. However, There is a graded system for sexual crimes where both are school age. If you are 14, your partner can be no older than 18, 15, no older than 19 and for a 16 year old, no older than 20. This allows for relationships that formed between older and younger high school students not to turn into criminal acts. It is a common sense approach that you can guarantee puritanical types don't like. They would rather fill our prisons with otherwise law abiding people.

When did you lose your virginity(assuming you have)?

I was 18.....but I know in my class(83)....many had sex way before that.
