I agree that Martin was the one that instigated the altercation but he didn't deserve to die.
well we'll agree to disagree. This comes down to a personal belief system. I don't believe you are wrong for your standards and I don't believe I am wrong for having mine. I believe that assaulting another human body is one of the ultimate violations. If you are going to do that, you must be ready for the consequences.
