Cognitive dissonance reigns supreme with the lefties. They see the case slipping away. They obviously can't admit they were duped by the media so they will find Zimmerman "guilty" of something in their minds

I don't know who you intend to implicate. I have said since the start that I was not certain he was guilty of 2nd degree murder but that he was at least guilty of manslaughter.

There has been nothing presented so far that is earth shattering to the prosecution.

Right...and if Trayvon experienced the VERY SAME FEAR OF BODILY INJURY when he realized there was someone following him, he had every right and was completely justified in turning and confronting his attacker.

This is absolutely ridiculous!

According to Grind, Zimmerman can follow and approach Martin, yell derogatory insults at him and then GRAB MARTIN and not suffer any fear of reprisal, but if Martin even APPROACHES Zimmerman, then Zimmerman is within his rights to KILL Martin.

The ridiculous double standard is astounding.

The judge can't do that. The judge can only give those instructions if he's been charged with manslaughter. Otherwise I believe that would construe double jeapordy. Could one of our resident Lawyers correct me if I'm wrong?

Well if you stopped reading there you should go back and read my post again cause at this point this post has just proved me correct.

I mean that's funny as hell. I"m saying he should stand trial and let his innocence or guilt be determined based on the facts while you claim to care about justice because you know he's innocent......and then call me biased when to be honest I don't care if he's either guilty or innocent but that he actually face justice. Projection is not just a room in the theater Grind.

Could Trayvon have used head banging on concrete when he realized Zimmerman was going for his gun? So many possibilities!
