I wouldn't know what? In the UK we have a legal principle called sub judice which means that all media speculation on a case must stop when it gets to court. Not like the circus of a system in the US where every hack and media pundit considers it their sacred duty to wade in with comments and ill considered opinions.

As for proving anything, you rail against tabloids and then use a Daily Mail article to "prove your case" against a paper published in Nature.

Tom, is there a reason why you have to keep antagonizing Darla with rape threads? You can't win at this one. If Darla had expressed that she hated threads about Bigfoot conspiracies, and you kept posting "scientific evidence," it would be funny. This is just perverted.

In actual fact the whole purpose of posting wasn't so much about this guy being a potential rapist. It was more about the gullibility of people who seem incapable of performing simple background checks on their guest speakers. The fact that it also pisses off Darla is just a bonus.
 
Tom, you're becoming the boy who cried wolf. Whenever people like Darla decide to make stuff up about you on the board, fewer and fewer people will see through it or choose to say anything truthful in response, because of idiotic ploys like this one...
