the logic actually makes sense, his case is one of self defense, so he can only argue things about trayvon that he would have been able to know of at the time of the encounter. So trayvon smoking weed for example, or a picture of him with a gun, is completely immaterial to his defense and overall case.

Show me the picture of Trayvon with the gun.

Show me the picture that proves Trayvon was smoking weed.
