Guess you didn't learn anything about "profiling" in the new IRS issues.

How many of those cops forced the take-down? Are you sure it was the entire CHP?

as i've forever maintained, when that single CHP 'assaulted' that woman with a violent takedown and his fellow officers did NOTHING to stop him or later arrest him, they condone it and are therefore accomplices.
