#2 is the biggest problem for The Obama because it parallels almost exactly the Federalists alien and sedition acts.
#3 destroyed The Obama's relationship with the press, which so far has been his protector.

The Benghazi terrorist attacks are no more Obama's fault than 9-11 was Bush's fault.

Obama was not involved with the IRS deal and no evidence exists that the IRS gave away confidential information.

Even Mitch McConnell admits there is no scandal.

1. Bengahzi is Hilary's, as I stated earlier.
2. The sole individual with motive on the IRS thing was The Obama. Someone is bound to blow the whistle after they've been fired. Not everyone is willing to be tossed under the bus without causing a shit-back.
3. He's pissed off the AP, and they won't be protecting him like lemmings anymore.

2. Talk to me once there is evidence rather than wild speculation.
3. The AP has never been protecting Obama.

1. Condi wasn't in charge of domestic air traffic. Hillary was in charge of every US embassy, and she dropped the ball. Remember her 3am phone call ad? That and her 2am disaster is going to make an awesome ad against her. She's toast.
2. Speculating on means, motive and opportunity to get to the truth is proven investigative tactic, not wild speculation. The Obama is the only person with all three. Even so, the CEO is fully responsible for the mistakes of those he hires. At least that's what the IRS told me when I hired a CPA to do my taxes and he fucked up, costing me $4000 in fines for using an incorrect form. And we are talking about the same IRS now, aren't we?

There is evidence.....Hillary admitted it, she said she was responsible....but Democrats don't pay a price when they are responsible for the deaths of those
under their direct care.
The entire msm has been protecting Obama and his entire incompetent administration since he was elected....now they even admit to being stupid in
public hearings under oath....ya can't beat that.

But what would his margin had been if Americans had known the truth in November, 2 months after the terrorist attack on a US embassy, and two years of IRS stifling conservative Americans and their public educational efforts?

They knew the truth. They just didn't know how desperately the Republicans in Congress didn't want to do their job. After all, they couldn't try to vote out Obamacare every day!

Anyone who thinks a Republican has even the remotest chance of winning the WH is very delusional. It's over folks. You have far more right wingers dying every day than you are adding new ones to your ranks. My poor FIL just suffered his second stroke...he's okay physically but guess what? Fox News just lost another viewer. And he's no longer in the nasty wingnut email chain.

The American, uneducated, gun nut, right winger, who is afraid of change, is already a very small minority in the world. (unfortunately they do wield so much disproportionate power) And that minority is getting smaller. Oh, you may win one or two more elections but in 100 years there won't be a 'conservative' party...because everything you stand for is wrong and people know it. Hopefully there will be more than two political parties and I would like to think that at least one of them is truly progressive.

ps. some may not know this but 22% of Californians are registered Republicans. That's not even a quarter! And we have 30 million people in this state.

FYI dude the population of California is over 38 million. We passed 30 million people in the state during the '90's.
