You shouldn't speak about what you don't know. My sister was a victim of domestic violence, I ended that. My niece is currently with a coward that hit her. That coward is conveniently never in town when I go back to KC.

You are correct, sometimes nothing can be done. But I would rather be in jail for killing the pos than to stand by and hope for the best.

i'm not one to use insults based on ones sexual preference. I've met a handful of gay men AND women that I would have to give serious consideration on entering any sort of fighting ring with them.

My sisters did. Unfortunately my sister is now helping to hide the douche bag that has beaten on my niece. After everything she went through, I can't understand her thinking... she is going right back to the same 'he won't do it again' line of crap that she used with her ex.

In all seriousness, Howey is a textbook example of what is wrong with this country. He puts all of his faith in failed gobblement systems and wrings his hands. Meanwhile he stands by watching someone suffer when it is easy to fix.

My sister had a boyfriend who raised his hand to her once. Needless to say he paid a very steep price for his transgression. Has he ever hit another woman? I don't know, but he never laid a finger or his eyes on my sister again.
