As far as the topic? I am basically pro-choice...however I am very much for real regulation of the procedure. With all the methods of birth control available and the advent of the Morning After Pill, I believe that general abortions should be limited to the first trimester of gestation. With rape and incest, because of the traumatic nature of the crimes, I think it should be more lenient. In the situation of the safety if the mother...it should be her choice exclusively.
What the dude in Philly did was a travesty and he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
