Your children are not yours....says the left.

She's derping hard, and I've heard a few excuses now.

I“We have never invested as much in public education as we should have because we’ve always had a private notion of children, your kid is yours and totally your responsibility. We haven’t had a very collective notion of these are our children.
So part of it is we have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families and recognize that kids belong to whole communities.
Once it’s everybody’s responsibility and not just the household’s we start making better investments.”

One msnbc contributor is "the left"?

Kids do not belong to anyone, they are people. They do not belong to there parents, thats crazy, kids are people, you cant own a person.

lol...Alex Jones! Bravo's falling deeper and deeper into conspiracist crazy!

I could have sworn she said "the community"...

And she's right. We, the community, are responsible for our children, as they are the future of this country. Just as your forebearers were responsible. It's the American way.

We need to ensure they're well fed, well educated, and above all, well loved.

If that's communism, you stupid mother fucking retard, than I'm all for it!

We need to take every child in a social conservative home away from their parents and teach them science, math and all the things of which Ditzy, Nova and ila were deprived. We can sell off their parents guns and other valuables (Nascar merchandise don't pay for much but whatever we can get) to finance it.

Sure...let's be literal. Fuck the kids.

She spoke of them as who they belong to, yours and ours. Her comments were rather stupid. I am with Jarod... kids belong to themselves.

They should only be put into collective child raising facilities if they express socially conservative views or still believe in God at 12.

I guess you are not a big proponent of children growing up in their parents home if believing in God is a criteria for removing them.

Are you a big proponent of child abuse? You might say you don't care, but the social conservatives on this board deserved better than the cruel treatment they suffered. I know it's hard to imagine, but try to think of them as children and human.

It's child abuse to take your kid to church and that they believe in God at age 12? To each his own so if that's how you feel then fair enough but if you took away all the kids who have gone to church there would not be many children living at home with their parents in the U.S.

They represent more than you will ever knowledge, that is the problem with the Republicans.
More than I will ever knowledge?

Knowledge is not a verb. It is a noun.

Oh, and not a republican, just somebody who hates bad arguments and hypocrisy.

There's that superiority complex again!

My argument isn't bad, it is your reasoning that is flawed.
