"...Every American has the right to know the underlying legal rationale that ensures due process..."

"...Authorizing the killing of American citizens and others has profound implications for our Constitution, the core values of our Nation, our national security and future international practice. The executive branch's claim of authority to deprive citizens of life, and to do so without explaining the legal bases for doing so, sets a dangerous precedent and is a model of behavior that the United States would not want other nations to emulate..."

Thats better than the number of Republicans who questioned the same policy when it was Bush's.

Always the partisan, jarod jumps into the time machine to fault the past admin instead of staying in the present. Good job, buddy!

Ughhhh... Can't face fact that majority of democrat party is cool with assassinating citizens without due process... must blame ...Ughhhh... republicans....

Hooray for liberal hypocrisy.

Fight for every right for death row criminals... allow president to execute without due process

How is this any more liberal hypocracy than it is Republican hypocracy?

The Republicans who are all over Obama on this were silent or defended Bush on the same thing. Open your eyes, both sides are very hypocritical. The Few R's who questioned Bush and the few D's who questioned Obama are the only consistant ones.

Did I excuse republicans? Nope. I didn't. You're creating a strawman.
Plus, I laid out some dueling liberal arguments for you. I see you have nothing but deflection.
