There's nothing ironic about Desh's post, and in fact, there are studies proving what she says. I am sure you have heard of the infamous FOX-watcher study showing they (you?) are barely-functioning morons.

You need to get out of the City more often. The GOP may have marginalized itself as the party of Plutocrats and rural voters but while Democrats have the numbers they have the geography and geography matters.
