I know too many like this...

I see somebody's upset their team is about to send a high draft pick to the 49ers for Alex Smith. I'll be showering in a Super Bowl championship next year.

I hear it is a third rounder and a late pick... would not be upset with that at all. Especially given the crappy ass USC QB (which is said about every USC qb in the league) that we over paid for because pioli is a douche.

I would give this one a 100 thanks if I could! You defined me to a T. Jarod is WAAAYYYY late to this game.

(I will publicly call myself out as a hypocrite though. My feminist side started well before I had two little nieces. They are exempt from my beliefs. Uncle Cawacko will see that they are nice and sheltered.) :)

This reminds me of my niece. My brother is a terrible sexist when it comes to his kids (not really otherwise actually). He lets my nephew (who is actually younger than my niece) go anywhere, and he says all kinds of stuff about kissing girls. My niece is the total opposite, it's ridiculous. She argues with him and says "that's sexist!", (which I swear I did not teach her!). She really stands up to him and gives him hell. She is amazing. And she cracks me up. he's ridiculous with that stuff though.

That's taking a literal meaning of a word and giving it a political definition. Are teachers unions who fight against changes/reforms in how we educated students conservatives now? Are those who fight against changes/reforms in S.S. and Medicare conservatives now?
Yes. You're confusing conservatives with reactionaries.

Ha, that is funny. There's a reason we hear the phrase "daddy's little girl". I can understand why the daughter would call b.s. because of course she wants her freedom. But I 100% get where your brother is coming from. Your niece obviously takes after her Aunt!

No I don't think so. I don't know where she came from. She's bold, and beautiful, and smart, and funny as heck, and I love hanging out with her. I can't wait for summer because once she is out of school we spend a lot of time together in my brother's pool, (my nephew's whole summer is about little league and my brother and sister in law go to all the games), and then we go into huntington and have mexican food and shop. Actually this summer I think I can get their permission to start taking her and her girlfriend to the beach. And being the cool aunt, I will totally set up my blanket away from them. Let them meet boys and flirt. They are 14 and will be 15 this summer, it's okay to do that.

Anyway, I totally babbled sorry! I adore her. But I was nowhere near as bold, smart, or confident at her age.

My wife has an Aunt she calls her "cool Aunt" too. I wish I had an Uncle like that when I was younger. I think its great you spend time with her.

And you'll move your blanket away on the beach because you'll want all the Jersey Shore dudes coming up to hit on you!

I confess I was always more protective of my daughter than my sons. I still watch when my 30 year old son starts to cross the street, but my daughter was always a "Daddy's girl".

But I didn't encourage the boys to be chasing tail or anything. Just an overprotective Dad. lol

I had two Uncles like that. Well actually one cool Uncle was my Great Uncle. He was like a cross between John the Baptist and Uncle Buck. Then there was my fathers youngest brother. He was 13 years younger than my father. I had a lot of my "firsts" in life thanks to him. My first beer, my first cigerette, my first girlie mag, my first shooting a real fire arm, my first trip to a strip club, my first time getting busted by the cops......man he was awesome!
