The REPS are the ones that have acted in good faith. They have put forth a plan. A plan that the Dem led Senate COULD modify/discuss etc... but the DEM led Senate won't do that Desh. They are the ones that are fucking over everyone. They are the ones who refuse to work with the Reps.
