how is it hyperbole to explain to you the simple legal facts of fourth amendment exceptions and no redress through the courts because of it?hyperbole. court cases get overturned all the time. if you can't overturn it through judicial means, then turn to the legislature or ballot method. i don't see any of the exceptions to the fourth as warranting a revolution. just my opinion.
