I think you're 100% correct!
And that's also what my boss said.
Man I had some really good healthcare until that marxist screwed things up.
So much for "personal responsibility".

Mine has, as have the co pays of most people I know.
An ER visit used to be $150.
Now it costse $1500.
On top of the $1800 another I pay, which increased from $900 a month a year ago.
Once again you are full of shit.
My family's co-pay has not gone up one single penny.
We are never going to be able to have an honest discussion until lying Righties stop with the outlandish bullshit.
I certainly don't want to be lumped in with the ignorance of the right .. but Obamacare has SERIOUS problems that extend far beyond the rising cost of premiums .. which it also has.
There aren't enough doctors already and Obamacare makes fewer of them, and fewer of them who will even accept Medicare and Medicaid patients. Of the 750,000 doctors in America, 250,000 are over the age of 55 and more than half of those are over the age of 65. Medical schools are churning out fewer doctors and even fewer of them are going into family practice.
Half of the states in America won't build the exchanges, which leaves it up to the feds to do .. but there is no money allocated to do administer them.
Obamacare is not reform and is not sustainable.
Single-payer and Medicare-for-All were the only viable options.
Your definition of "viable" is a lot different from mine.
That may be good brother, but Obamacare is most certainly not viable.
Medicare-for-All was not only viable, capable of working successfully, and feasible .. the infrastructure was already in place. All that remained was proper funding.

Well, proper funding and a Congress that would pass it.
OBAMADONTCARE mandates that one may be forced to purchase a product under pain of punitive taxation.
One day it might be applied to buying a burger!!
Do not worry my friend, I would never lump you in with the monosyllabic ignorance of the Right...your responses are far too reasonable.
While I am not ecstatic with portions of Obamacare, I do believe it is an idea whose time has come. While it may not be what we'd wish for right out of the box, it is a good jumping off point and I think as time progresses we will be able to fine tune it and make it sustainable.
So maybe half the states won't build exchanges at first, but the people in those states know people in the states that DO have them and will find out the advantages of HCR...then they can begin voting out greedy pro-business Congressmen and Senators and eventually everyone will be on board.
Gimme your guns and I might![]()
You can believe otherwise if you wish, but Medicare for all was just not going to happen. Period.
It wasn't going to happen without a president with some balls.
Otherwise, it would have.
You can believe what you wish, but Obamacare is not sustainable.
