Are those dems in a position of power to get something done federally? 70% of the population thinks medical mj should be legalized... there are plenty on both sides of the aisle that want it legalized. I can't help but notice you ignore the FACT that Obama has increased the raids on medical mj over what Bush did. Why is that toppy?

If you wish people to join the fight, you will have a far better chance of enrolling them if you don't resort to partisan bullshit. No, you simply misread what it stated. They quoted the number in the FEDERAL prison system. Not the US prison system.
