correct, because unlike alot of other people, I believe that we get the government we vote for. If you vote for a candidate that you KNOW has millions in corporate campaign contributions and you see campaign ads paid for by groups supported by corporations, and then you actually vote for them, you're the fucking moron that deserves the laws that support wall street. the only way to stop that crap is to stop voting for the person with the largest campaign chest. anything else, and you really have no right to bitch about it.

apple doesnt care about what the founders intended, only what the words of the founders can be twisted to mean, which generally means an overall pervasive central government that controls every aspect of a persons life, except their sexual activities. see, apple is a statist who believes that freedom is not inherent, but is a privilege extended only to those who 'go along to get along'. anything else is just anarchy.
By then, they may be too weak from hunger to do that.

I wouldn't argue that fact Homo Howey. I would agree with it, but that isn't what you left wingers are arguing. The Constitution was written telling the government what it CAN'T do. That is why they document is so magical and why central planners and big gobblement lovers like yourself hate it so much.

Because the elites are happy just the way things are. Why should they change? There is no impetus for them to change. The overwhelming majority of incumbents win. The populace runs around playing my side is better than your side. They both suck monkey balls.
The game is over, the only thing that matters is when the referee calls the fight. We are $16 trillion in debt that is on the books with unfunded liabilities as far as the eye can see. We have no hope of ever paying that back.
The Fed has been stealing our wealth since the dot com bust, but nobody seems to notice or care. There is only two things worth owning in the coming years.
1) land free and clear (check)
2) physical silver preferably junk silver as it is easier to barter with (check)
The Constitution is a living document created by the founding fathers to be amended as needed.
Actually, because of 6045b, it is better to buy gold and silver coins minted by the US government as those are not treated the same as investment vehicles and no 1099 is necessary to buy, hold, or sell those. They are basically tax invisible.

It is not a living document. The only people who say that are people who don't like what it says. As for the ability to be amended, well NO SHIT SHERLOCK. But you and your ilk don't like going to the trouble of amending it because the Founding Fathers purposefully made it difficult to do.
They didn't want "radical" change in any direction. That was the reason for the checks and balances. It was the reason elections were set up the way they were. You and your ilk don't like that, hence the birth of "the living Constitution".
It either means what it says, or it does not.
There's this thing called an Amendment that actually needs to happen in order to Amend it. There definitely is a vehicle for change, should the idea merit it. Pass your Amendment, let us see if it is an idea that merits that change.
However, the document isn't "living" and not subject to change through "interpretation". Change to the powers of government must come through the proper channel, a Constitutional Amendment.
