Then there is this. Palestine has tried the way of the sword and it has neither gained them any land, nor peace of mind. Just many dead bodies.... It's time to give diplomacy a try.

I expect the international community to speed up the process of the 2 state solution. No more stalling.This issue is a major thorn in the side of world peace.

If Israel continues to be stuborn, Islam(Both Sunni and Shiite)is more then capable of responding to Israeli aggression. At the same time, Islam will not attack Israel unless it is warranted.

The main goal is peace and peace cannot exist when there is an aggressor.

The fact of the mater is that oppression produces extremism. The Jews of all people should know that. What they have done is fuel extremism with their tactics. Every family they kill, those seeking revenge multiplies and so does sympathy for the Palestinian people.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The reason Hamas has such support is because Gaza is dirt poor and they blame Israel for their woes. We need to repair the Palestinian economy, give them something to live for. When your life is good, there is less chance that they will find people willing to blow themselves up or start wars.

They shouldn't worry about Palestinians arming. They are decades away from challenging Israelis military might. Though if they continue their aggression, there are other Islamic countries that can do damage to Israel.
