BIRTH CONTROL VS. FAKE CHRISTIANS!

ok everyone knows I am one of the biggest christian bashers on this site. But you know what I hate more than religious retards? Terrible fucking arguments. Lets begin.

1. Jesus never mentioned birth control is wrong

Jesus also never mentioned standing on a balcony and pissing on the person below you was wrong. Omission does not imply condoning. Jesus also never said "anything I don't explicitly mention is perfectly acceptable"

2. "Dont say you oppose it because you are a christian, say because you are catholic"

Nice no true scotsman right there. A variety of sects of christianity come up with their own bylaws and interpretations. Just because one disagrees with a certain tenant doesn't mean they are any less christian. As far as I know, there is one ultimate test which qualifies one as a christian and that's the belief in the divinity of jesus. everything else from funny hats to what kind of meat you can eat on certain days of the week is up to the respective organizations.

do you recognize your error?....this isn't a "true Scotsman" argument......now if we were to say the Catholics aren't Christians because they reject contraception you might have a point......what is accurate though is that, so far as I know, only the Catholics reject it.....thus to accuse Christians on that basis is illogical......
