A pardon for O.J. will appease the Black 95% who voted for Obama just because he was Black and who thought that OJ was innocent for the same reverse racism reason. No one can tell me different, it was all reverse racism, and all you Lib Demos out there know it. I expect Zappy and his Lib Demo cohors to try to BS their way out of it. Anyway, there is a Movie suggesting that a friend of OJ's killed Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman while trying to retrieve a piece of jewelry from Nicole. Zappy, do you want to place a friendly wager on this issue, let's bet 3 Woppers on it, along with a Large frie and of course a Strawberry Malt?

Obama will pardon OJ's Nevada Robbery conviction, I believe if 8 years have passed and they would have at the end of Obama's second term. Pardon him for what? He is indisputably guilty of one crime, and a pardon for the other would be nonsensical due to double jeopardy (in the eyes of the state, under our constitution, OJ Simpson is permanently innocent of the crime, and pardoning him for the crime would make no more sense than pardoning me or you for it). And, pardon me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the president can pardon someone convicted of a state crime.

The premise of this idiotic post is based on the fact that some serial killer has confessed to killing Nicole and Ron. He said he was hired to steal a pair of diamond earrings by OJ. Also that OJ said he might have to kill her.

If I'm not mistaken OJ could be tried again as an accomplice or conspiracy because he wasn't tried for that before, no Double Jeopardy.

The OP is basing his idiotic comment on the assumption that this confession will give the President a reason to pardon OJ, not realizing that OJ wasn't convicted of that crime but another that has nothing to do with the killer or his confession.

You are correct, the President can only pardon people convicted of Federal Crimes, thank you.

Bush I pardoned all Indicted and unindicted conspirators in Iran Contra.
You do not even have to be charged with a crime to be pardoned , and a president can even pardon himself.
