Nonsense, total quackery. Why would anyone have to save $50Gs for a down payment if they could afford the loan? It's a ratio of income vs outlay and debt. This is well known...the difference is in the contract and how fair it is. Usury should be illegal. You're not making any sense...lot's of spewing but nothing to back it up.

It's not for the government to decide what a person may spend.
Some people couldn't count and fucked up, most however did not.

I'm talking about her campaign claim that she STOOD UP TO THE BIG BANKS, that's stood up to, not will stand up to.
All her hacks repeating this claim and a bunch if retards electing her because she stood up to the banks.

And yes she stood up to the banks setting arbitrary regulations based on HER opinion on who can or cannot afford a mortgage.

Based on her experience and assumption.
Probably thinks a person earning 60 grand can't afford a 200grand home because the loan payments would not leave enough to run the BMW or to stock the wine cellar with Chateauneuf de pape!

Most, almost all people are capable of deciding what they can afford and where to reduce spending in order to pay the mortgage.

Do you understand that banks are supposed to go through a diligent vetting process and not give mortgages to those who are trying to buy out of their budgets? The bottom line is, he who holds the money has the power. The banks are not innocent here.
