Nope, I think Hillary is tired! She has worked hard for these four years. I think her overall record has been excellent.
It is not unusual after the first term for people to leave or the President replace them!

Holder has to go... the man is one of the most inept people in government, which is saying a LOT. Obama is more likely giving him the boot than Holder wanting to go.
Geithner is an idiot. He too has to go. Holder is one of the only ones in DC that can make Geithner appear competent.
Hillary is a huge loss for Obama. But this was expected, especially if she plans to run in 2016... which I would expect she does. She would easily be the front runner and she would certainly want to put distance between herself and the Obama admin, especially if crazy uncle Joe is thinking of running in 2016 as well. (I truly hope he does just for the entertainment value)

You haven't seen inept until you've seen possible Holder replacement Kamala Harris. First off she is fine and slept with former SF Mayor Willie Brown which helped her become the DA in San Francisco. All the murderers in the City were upset when she left.

So? JUst because you benefit from it doesn't mean the sex wasn't good or you wouldn't have slept with him anyway. Are women supposed to take vows to only bone men who aren't in positions of power and are poor?

The reason I brought up the sex was to show how a person was able to rise so far even though they are inept at their job. She obviously hitched her horse to Obama from day one which my help her get the AG job.

Well I don't know anything about her so I am not going to accept your judgement that she is inept. Obama has no history of appointing inept people because they kissed his ass. It's not like he attempted to appoint his admin asst to the supreme court.

You don't have to accept my judgement. Read about her yourself. You may think she's the greatest thing since sliced bread. I'm familiar with her because she was the DA of my City and was in the news all the time. A lot of people here weren't fans of hers and SF isn't exactly a Republican dominated City. You can obviously make up your own mind about her.

If she really is incompetent, Obama isn't going to appoint her to Holder's position, so it's not something to worry about. He just isn't. He's not Bush.

The point of the article was to show potential people from California Obama could pick to join his administration. By no means is there any guarantee of course that he would choose any of them. I simply posted it because a) I had just read the article and b) when SF said he thought Holder was incompetent Harris was on the mind.
Of course there's always going to be partisanship involved too. Now just because someone has a D next to their name doesn't mean I automatically think they are inept just as someone having a R next to their name doesn't mean they are good at one they do. But the lense I judge her through as inept someone else may think she's great. I'm aware of that.
I just know she took a lot of heat in SF for her job performance and this is a liberal city.
